The Fenomenal Escape:
We have left our footprints on more than 50 countries around the world. We have roamed the globe at different times of our lives and each occasion for different reasons, yet we have all arrived at the same conclusion: The true character of a region can only be discovered when you venture off the beaten path.
It is this idea and spirit for adventure on which this wine list was founded. Some producers will be familiar, many will not, however each wine was chosen because we believe it exemplifies the characteristics of the region from which it was created.
So now, allow us to guide you on your expedition while you revisit the romance of the Old World and venture into the evolution of the New World.
The Fenomenal Wine Program, under Samantha’s direction, is heavily focused on imported wines to match our globally inspired menu. Of course we do realize we reside in one of the best wine regions of the New World which has been the inspiration of the Fenomenal Locals list which highlights just a few of our many great local producers.
