In terms of food, we don’t just think in French, Italian, American, or Japanese… we explore what happens when Italy meets India, Argentina meets Austria and when New England meets New Orleans. Each individual item is a melting pot of flavor combinations that complement each other in ways one would think is not possible.
The portions are designed to be small that way you can create your own dining experience. This style of eating made popular in Spain where the purpose of mealtime is more about connecting with people and less about a proper “order” of food. To the adventurous, we often suggest ordering several items as a table and sharing as the food comes out of the kitchen. If you are looking for a more traditional dining experience we are happy to create that as well!
